Miototo Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the miototo platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the miototo platform via the website or mobile app, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as all related policies published by miototo from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and miototo as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The miototo platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on miototo. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. miototo reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that takes place under your account is considered your own. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the miototo support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the local laws in your area. miototo makes no representations regarding the legality of using the platform outside of the stated jurisdictions. Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activities.
3. Payment Policy and Transactions
All transactions on the miototo platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX Internet Banking, DuitNow, and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian banks.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. miototo is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or technical issues beyond our control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name. miototo reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal compliance review. miototo reserves the right to decline or place on hold any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a breach of these terms.
Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the applicable bonus terms before accepting any offer.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to breach security systems or databases
- Sharing or selling your account to another party
- Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts
Miototo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or data errors.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. miototo makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or suited to any particular user's requirements.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Miototo reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus system abuse, or any action that compromises the security of the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are suspended for identity verification reasons will be given the opportunity to submit supporting documents within a specified period. Failure to do so may result in permanent account closure. Any verified balance will be returned to the registered bank account, subject to the completion of investigations.
Users may also request account closure by contacting the miototo support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is fully closed.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the miototo platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of miototo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The miototo platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors. miototo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Miototo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from the use of the miototo platform.
